Chapters

ACBCO is currently very proud to acknowledge the chapters which represent The American Council of the Blind of Colorado Inc. These chapters are:

ACBCO Mile High Chapter

Location: Denver

The Mile High Chapter of ACBCO meets on the second Saturday of the month. The monthly meetings take place at The Alliance Center, 1536 Wynkoop, Denver, Colorado, 2nd Floor Conference Room. This is the same building where the ACBCO State office is located. The meetings begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

ACBCO Longmont Chapter

Location: Longmont

The chapter generally meets on the third Thursday of the month. The meetings are held at The Central Presbyterian Church, 402 Kimbark St., Longmont, Colorado. These meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and run until 9:00 p.m. For further information on these meetings contact Barb Fletcher at (303) 772-5141.

Choice City Chapter of ACBC

Location: Fort Collins

The chapter meets the first Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at the Harmony Library meeting room,. Call Alan Beatty at (970) 484-2598.

Southern Chapter of ACBC

Location: Colorado Springs

The chapter always meets on the first Tuesday of the month. The meetings are held at Ottis Park Community Center, 709 Iowa St., Colorado Springs, Colorado. These meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Otis Park Community Center building. For further information on these meetings contact Becky Shields at (719) 634-1851.

This special interest affiliate is dedicated to Guide dog teams. At this time there is no regular meeting schedule. When one becomes available we will update this information for you.
